Help us understand the issue
To report a problem or an incorrect price, include:
- The app version, Android or iPhone, and a short description of the issue.
- Your selected city, phone or store name, and when you noticed the issue.
- An optional screenshot with private information hidden.
Privacy and accounts
Send correction or deletion requests to the same email address. Price browsing needs no customer account; merchant/admin accounts are separate. Never send passwords, signing keys, private invitation links or payment-card information.
About prices
نرخەکان provides price information and is not the seller. Prices, exchange rates and availability can change: confirm them with the store before buying. If information seems old, refresh in the app and check the displayed synchronization time.
